In 2025 we will have a new dues process that will drastically reduce the administrative effort, significantly increase transparency for board members and homeowners, and provide a stable and sustainable foundation for easy transfer of the treasurer responsibilities.

We will provide dues information at our 2025 Annual Homeowners meeting (April 29th), so please keep an eye on your mailbox for official communications from the board.
